To whom it may concern,
On time, on budget and tradesman turning up when they said they would. This was our very positive experience with Drew Moore Constructions.
Our project involved substantial planning culminating in the decision in early 2011 to under a major renovation and extension to our family home in West Hobart. This included the demolition of existing kitchen, bathroom, family room and deck and the construction of two new bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, living room, study area and deck. The project took 7 months and we lived onsite with our two young children (5 and 8) during this time.
We were impressed from the moment we met Drew. He turned up when he said he would, he provided indicative costings in a timely manner to make sure that the project was within our budget. Contract negotiations were completed in a short period of time and Drew provided us with a start date (which didn’t change!).
Our project commenced in September 2011 and concluded in March 2012. During this time we met many of Drew’s team. Nothing was too much trouble, everyone was considerate, the site was left clean each day (which was important with young kids) and the team was conscious of sealing up doors to minimise the spread of dust into the areas of the house which we occupied.
In summary our experience was hassle and stress free, work was completed to a high standard and minor issues were followed up promptly. Drew communicated with us regularly, onsite meetings were held when needed (and happened on time) and advance notice was provided so that no decisions were made on the run (such as picking out bathroom fittings, colours, door accessories etc)
Our house has changed (for the better) the way we live as a family and we have come out of the renovations reflecting fondly on the construction period. We were expecting some angst and this was not realised.
In our opinion, we could not have chosen a better communicator in Drew who has a dedicated team who Drew is developing and mentoring to have the same focus on quality customer service.
