We engaged DMC through some word of mouth and after having seen some of the work done by Drew and his team. You hear a lot about the trades industry……some good and some not so good. The not so good was generally around reliability and punctuality. Working in the service industry myself I found it very refreshing to have a builder execute on what he said he was going to do. This went from taking ownership of many of our questions (this was the first time we were doing anything like this) as they arose and dealing with them, not just passing them by. The team walked us through many of the procedures so that we had a clear expectation of what was expected of us as well. You might say Drew’s team gave us a very good education of the building and renovation processes!

At the end of the day renovation was done several weeks ahead of the planned completion date and on budget. For a couple with 3 children this meant a lot as we had not done anything like this before.
I’d recommend Drew and the team again because of his professionalism, advice and reliability.
